On Wedneday May 15th, Mr. Yuji Takagi, President, Sasakawa Peace Foundation and Dr. Akira Matsunaga, Deputy Director Fund, Sasakawa Middle East Islam Fund met with the president of the Academy and some of his colleagues.

On Wednesday, 15 May (25 Ordibehesht), Prof. Mohammad-Gholi Nadalian, Emeritus Professor of Large Animal Internal Medicine, Veterinary Faculty, University of Tehran, and Fellow, Department of Veterinary Sciences of the Academy, delivered a lecture on Zoonoses. The lecture session was presided over by Prof. Hassan Tadjbakhsh and hosted by the Department of Veterinary Sciences of the Academy.

The 45th issue of the Academy’s Newsletter has been published. Prof. Davari Ardakani has contributed the editorial titled “Science, Society and Enlightenment”.
