The book Specialized Language, Journal Submission Process and Application of Artificial Intelligence in Food Industry Science and Engineering was published by Jahad Daneshgahi Publications (Center for Academic Education, Culture and Research of the University of Tehran).
This academic work was published with the collective participation of faculty members of the University of Tehran and the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, and with the support of members of the Academy of Sciences of IR Iran. 

 

This specialized book is compiled in six chapters and covers topics such as English grammar and specialized vocabulary in food science and engineering, frequently used words and phrases in writing ISI articles, the process of submitting articles and scientific correspondence, sample questions for specialized language exams in the master's degree in food science and engineering, as well as applications of artificial intelligence in this field.

 

Prof. Hamed Ahri, invited scholar, Prof. Afshin Akhundzadeh, associate fellow and Prof. Giti Karim, fellow of the Academy are among the authors of this book.

 

The authors have tried to systematically examine the role of artificial intelligence in specialized language, scientific research, and writing skills, and in this way, take an effective step in empowering researchers, students, and enthusiasts in the path of producing and disseminating knowledge. In this book, the importance of scientific correspondence with journals, accurate accountability to referees and editors, and professional interaction with international scientific and research institutions has been considered as one of the determining factors in the fate of scientific articles, patent registration, and obtaining educational and research opportunities.

 

Part of the book is dedicated to familiarizing the audience with the principles and techniques of scientific and professional correspondence in academic environments; an area that plays a key role in the success of researchers in obtaining scholarships, study opportunities, and publishing scientific works.

 

In the chapters related to artificial intelligence, the application of this new technology in health and the food industry is examined in a practical way and it is shown how the combination of large data, machine learning algorithms, and rapid analysis capabilities can lead to improving the quality and safety of food and ultimately improving the health of society.

 

This book is a practical resource for researchers, students, and professors in the fields of food hygiene and food industry science and engineering.
